1. Onboarding — Build the Blueprint

Step 1: 15 minute free "goals" call. Complete the Intake Form, This helps us gather your goals, training history, physical limitations, daily routine, and what success really looks like to you.

Step 2: 1-on-1 Consultation Call You’ll jump on a live call with your coach to walk through your intake form, ask questions, and outline your roadmap—together.

Step 3: Self-Assessment Tests You’ll complete a guided movement and lifestyle assessment so we know exactly where you’re starting — physically and habitually — from mobility to strength to sleep.

2. Training & Communication — Stay Connected, Stay Coached

Once you’re onboard, we enter the coaching cycle: Weekly Custom Training Blocks Every week, you’ll receive personalized programming that adapts to your environment (garage gym, field, job site, wherever). No two programs look the same — it’s built for you and nobody else. Weekly Coach Check-Ins. You’ll meet with your coach virtually each week or monthly to review training notes, lifestyle metrics, goals, or any changes to your schedule or stress. Unlimited Direct Messaging Access, Got questions mid-session? Need form feedback? Want to change Wednesday’s optional cardio for a hike instead? Message your coach directly via the app — you’re not doing this alone.

3. Lifestyle & Smart Data Tracking — Train Hard. Live Smarter.

Success isn’t just determined by sets and reps — it’s about everything around it:
